Is oral Castor Oil legit

There are unfortunately no studies on oral castor oil, only anecdotal evidence. The usal recommended dosage for eyelash growth is 1-2ml every day, that's a lot less than the constipation dosage which is at 15-60ml.

Tbh just buy it and apply it topically, also drink a few drops. You won't have any side effects at that low dosage.

Worked wonders for me but idk if it will for you, take oral minox if you can but if not then oral castor oil is a great substitute in my opinon niro
