Is Orbital decompression the only way to fix protruding eyes?

Slight bug eyes when I raise eyebrows. I have normal when my eyebrows are rested and it never bothered me. But after looking at my side profile? I realized all three of my failos, and why my front view mogged by 3/4 view and side profile.

My chin is reccesed. There's barely a bump but thankfully it doesn't affect me front view. That's why my 3/4 view doesn't look great.
But side profile? With a combination of nose, eyes, and chin, it looks like shit. My protruding eyes aren't too bad because my eyebrow is still pushed beyond it. But the ey itself sticks out and I'm pretty sure eye filler won't fix it. (If someone has an eye filler success picture, PM me). My nose has a bump. And I don't have a chin idoesn't project enough.
Most of these things are fixable without non invasive surgery but protruding eyes?
What the fuck do I do about it? I don't even think I'm allowed to do it because it would be cosmetic. They don't stick out enough to be a clinical issue so they probably won't let me. If they do? It's so fucking invasive I'm going to die during surgery because they'll like stab my brain.

why wouldn't you be able to do it? there are surgeons who perform it for cosmetic reasons.
you can probably get fillers to make your eyes more hooded and camouflage it
