No some can pull em off i remember seeing a model posted here on a thread about protruding ears his ears looked good even tho they werent ideal

It's a pretty cheap surgery. I can get it done for €1450. I'm not speculating here. I've already had 4 surgeries.

He was prettyboy then, anyone who looks masc is failoed a lot by it. Chico is not super masc and he gets away with slightly goofy ears.
They are more pronounced but you get the idea.
