Going through r/jawsurgery and looking at the results from some more conservative surgeons, it makes me wonder why they prefer to underadvance than overadvance. People say it looks like shit, uncanny, dogmaxxed to get too much forward advancement, but I havent really seen one case where it looks bad. For example some jesters were hating on these 30mm advancements by Dr. Safi, when imo it looks excellent. Does anyone have an example of overadvancement gone wrong?
