I do a push-pull-leg routine with front and mid shoulders on the push day and back shoulders on the pull day

The thing is that im overtraining a lot my back shoulders with a total of 3 exercises plus all the side effects of other back exercises because i'm fixing my posture while i only do lateral raises for mid and overhead press for both mid and front (Apart from chest which also touches shoulder obviously)

Is it bad on the long run?

you are training rear delts with 3 different exercises? you are wasting time then.

Why? Yeah i do flys, facepull and the reverse one with the chest machine (Don't remember the name).

Yeah overtraining is bad. Pretty logical if you ask me

far better to do one exercise per muscle group and keep on progressively overloading it than doing 3 different exercises.
