Is pagnoni a good implant designer on his own?

RSM is gonna take 26 years to respond and any infras without saddle are copium- I need that goddam saddle. Ramieri says he can do saddled implants but I lowkey don't believe it unless I see it- anyone done saddled implants with Ramieri pls dm.

If you ask pagnoni to tell RSM to design your implants, I have heard he is quicker.
