Is palatal expansion worth it?

I've got a 29.5mm palate, narrow as fuck lol. I also have a class II malocclusion and I'm not gonna lie I'm getting fucking tired of all the effort even hardmaxxing takes. Like I'd have to do MSE, undergo a recovery period that could range from months tk a year with braces, then recover from that and get a double jaw surgery.

Is the "muh widened airway" and other supposed benefits of palatal expansion worth the hassle of not just skipping to the most aesthetically rewarding procedure that takes the shortest amount of time to see the bang for your buck?

dont complain about looks if youre not willing to put in the effort to fix them. get whatever is genuinely needed if you want the best roi
