I get 192g protein and 5000mg calcium
From drinking a gallon a day effortlessly

Is it that bad? What seperates it from raw milk

A2 raw milk is easier to digest. 80% of the calcium is destroyed and cauterized via pasteurization. The lactose becomes toxic when boiled via pasteurization and will give you a rash as your body tries to detox it.

So you only really can use a gram of that calcium.

The protein is denatured. The macros become all denatured via cooking but they are still intact and can be used. It's the micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, hormones and compounds that all get destroyed via cooking.
