is PCT even considered a good trait if you're rice?

I feel like most rices have a positive canthal tilt, so it doesn't really help you that much if you have it. In contrast, most whites I see have Negative or neutral, so having PCT helps whites stand out generally

Tbh PCT on Asians just contribute more in the whole “slanted eyes” stereotype so I’d say for them it’s definitely better a neutral one.

On whites yeah PCT looks more exotic tho if you don’t have the right looks for it it may end up looking comically.

yeah exactly, ask someone to draw asian eyes and they'll draw them in a PCT slant. When people think about chinky eyes they picture a PCT. Though i'd say PCT on asians is still much better than negative, i find that negative looks very bad on asians. I'd agree that neutral is probably ideal, tho it's very subjective and goes case-by-case

Then thing is asians hardly have a browridge so PCT looks awkward as fuck.
If they had prominent browridges PCT would be good but otherwise your right NCT is probably better

PCT with monolid is not the same as a caucasian with positive canthal tilt. It's not even a halo for orientals at all...

And as @SubhumanCurrycel alluded to above they are usually lacking a brow ridge so it's not the same.
