Is permanent masseter atrophy possible through botox? specifically masseters that've only grown through high intensity training?

So pretty much im wondering if botox can reverse some of my masseter muscle gains I've got through using failm gum. It's been about 15 months, a little over a year, since I trained them and my masseters are still bulky. Im thinking of getting botox but I dont see any real point if I to always get touch ups and or multiple treatments for a long ass time. Never struggled with bruxism or grinding, or any of that crap. so maybe I might get some actual atrophy that's permanent from botox. any advice would be appreciated.

Overbite?
What does an over bite have to do with it I have one as well. I’m also high bodyfat percentage and my jaw looks bulky some times but really good at other times

Im just guessing but the reason they look bad is because you chewed with an overbite, i was planning on chewing alot too for upswing and such but seems risky with overbite
