Tbh if someone has lighter lashes just dye it, it can give impression of longer PFL.
Also curl your lashes to make eyes a little bit bigger.

it's pretty hard to alter medial canthus length which is the most important aspect of PFL.

There are some decent medial/ lateral canthoplasty results from an asian clinic, look into those.

Someone needs to post a Z plasty result from eppley tbh, he claims he can lengthen medial canthus a decent amount at the cost of changing the slant from positive to neutral.
