i found phenibut to have sort of a reverse tolerance mechanism. nevertheless dont take 3 grams, thats too much
my ideal dose is 1.2g with 80-150mg caffeine

Hell yeah it is worth it if you are high inhib. When I do that combo or higher grams of Pheni I turn into a low inhib machine. I don't recommend, But I like mixing 2 shots of liquor like Tequila with a bang energy drink along with the Phenibut on occasions and holy fuck I feel no anxiety at all. Ive gotten close to many accidents like this . Music sounds orgasmic and waves after waves of pure euphoria for 12 + hours. Most underrated drug imo at least for me
