I've heard of mixed results but wondering what the general consensus here is on the matter. Has anyone used positively rated pictures on Tinder or OKCupid for instance and have good results?

No, as long as you smile you’ll get high scores, if you don’t smile you won’t get as high unless you’re like a PSL 6.5+
