Basically, im 14-15 yo, so some my growth plates are still open. I want to get better bone growth and height, but I’m already 5’11 and still growing, and my skull is currently pretty decent (I think? Pic below, tell me if I have a lot of room for growth)
My biggest insecurity is def my clavicles, but I’m not sure if those plates are still open, or will even be affected much.
I don’t want to wait too long and be past the prime time window for anything, especially since I’m willing to do it now, I feel like if my bones keep growing and I end up uglier I’ll regret not pinning a lot.
Should I just wait it out? Is it worth the risks of side effects just for not a lot of improvement? Or should I hop on asap?
Also, I’ve been looking into melatonin 2 and Ghk-Cu, bc my skin is pretty weak and I have a bunch of acne scars, also my hair is pretty frizzy. Are these two more/less important?
