I always see here that Brad Pitt's physique in Fight Club is the ideal body to women.

And then I saw this pic my boy @ArvidGustavsson posted:

It's not that hard to believe that a girl would prefer Arvid's body over Brad's. He has a bigger chest and a smaller waist.

IMO, Chris Evans's physique in the Captain America movies is closer to the ideal, looks huge but still low bodyfat%

He also looks big in clothes unlike Pitt

His face is, muscles are nearly irrelevant imo, just have at least some muscle and be lean. If you spend your whole life dedicated to the gym/diet and waste a lot of time thinking about it, women will not like that. It's men who subconsciously respect size because it represents that person is a physical threat, although it you walk uncoordinated that size will not be feared. Athleticism is largely genetic and the gym won't do much for that.
