Is ppl repeat split to much volume if your natural?

Especially if going to failure on most sets, will this cause cns fatigue?

hate to say no clue bro sorry, I js workout at home, play sports and do martial arts

Well do u recover from it?
If u dont recover well drop a set or change splits

No its not, I used to do a push pull split and I got nice results, yeah I didnt workout legs because I used to do swimming for a lot of years so my legs are naturally good and not lacking

I just do legs once a week currently

I just do legs once a week currently
its alright mane, just make sure to take 1 day rest in between each day cause muscles take about 48 hrs to recover
