I just do legs once a week currentlyNo its not, I used to do a push pull split and I got nice results, yeah I didnt workout legs because I used to do swimming for a lot of years so my legs are naturally good and not lacking
its alright mane, just make sure to take 1 day rest in between each day cause muscles take about 48 hrs to recoverI just do legs once a week currently
