Is prognathism fixable?

I am a 16 year old Indonesian guy and my side profile is the worst part of my face. I’ve come to realize it’s most likely due to prognathism but then again I am still quite young and maybe my bones will still grown. But incase they don’t is there a way to minimize prognathism or at least make it less “ugly”. I dread my side profile and it kinda makes me look like an ape.
