PSL is just a different scale, a 5/10 is a 4/8 on the psl scale. Instead of 1-10 its 1-8 it doesn’t really change anything. Some people talk about how an 8/8 is impossible or some bullshit like that. I just use the 1-10 scale because everyone knows it and its easier anyways

Psl scale is retarded. There are three categories. Unattractive, average and attractive with somewhat 80% of world population falling under average category and even the attractive ones can't be taken as objectively good looking because there is no such thing as universal beauty standards (lot of psl theories is based on eurocentrism). And being unattractive is rare more than being attractive because anyone can be average with a bit of soft looksmaxing unless there are some deformities. And of course if you're east asian or indian this psl scale becomes more invalid and unreliable because the deviation between the good looking and average ethnic people is taken as very small and they are all clustered in more or less similar psl.
