I have personally never seen. In a NON social situation/environment. Only 1 time, in my life. although I and that colleague where doing surveys with epples so he technically said something first to her first by asking for her to take the survey. And then she asked that Elvis tier looking dude for hus digits. He had a gf already, but he still gave her his digits. lol.

In social situations I have seen it happen. Limited.
In normal daily life, I haven't.

What examples do you have? How often have you seen it happen in non soical situation?
