Trying to reach atleast 193cm but also want more bonemass and muscles so is rad worth it? Am I safe to take it?

Do not take rad at 15, the gains are not worth the sides you will have. You are way too young to take sarms Id wait until you were 17 at least. It will shut down your natural testosterone production and after 5-6 weeks on rad you will feel like shit due to not having any testosterone at all.
