I’m 6’0 195 and probably around 25-27% body fat
I’m thinking maybe I could go on a 100-250 calorie surplus and just gain mostly muscle and less fat
That way I can lower my body fat percentage slowly
This shit is going to take years to work though and I’m probably going to plateau hella
I don’t know if it matters but here are my lifts:
Bench 275
Squat 315
Clean 185
