Things I marked yellow I can’t really tell if they are cope or not due to lack of personal expierience/ information.
Lash serum might work for you, for me it does not at all I used the ordinary multi serum for 6 months and it didn’t do anything so I’d say cope. Coconut oil pulling for theeth only works very minimal. You use too much hairstuff, I don’t know why you would use peppermint / pumpkin oil for hair? If you have hair loss best way of action would be that you hop on finasteride or dutasteride. Coffee is just seed oils + water so if you drink it it’s just bad alltogheter + also makes your theeth stained & caffeine fucks your sleep up. Collagen powder is mostly cope as stated. I’d advise you safe some money on the stuff you don’t actually need and invest it into something more useful example: creatine powder or gym membership to Leanmaxx. What you could add to the list: if your still developing I’d also take calcium. Other then that maybe retinoids but you’d prolly have to remove the vitamin c serum if you do so, tinted spf, conditioner for hair. But pretty solid list of supplements your taking!

It's cope.

2 points to make.

First point, yes, a red light LED face mask can have some mild benefits but you have to wear it for hours and hours over a long consistent period, so most people would be better off rubbing semen into their eyebrows.

Second, the industry is a massive scam, in the sense any mask works, but you have scam brands like Omnilux which lie about everything. They say oh we are the only ones with the right wavelength - lie, the wavelength tested was arbitrary and testing has been on a variety of red light bands and as long as it's on the right spectrum, which it would be for red light, it's fine. Secondly, they lie about being FDA approved - FDA approval means a product has been tested to be safe - they lie and pretend it's about effectiveness, it's nothing to do with that, and secondly, red light products were never alleged to be even a tiny bit dangerous in the first place. It's just the branding and the lies they can pull by leveraging it. It's like getting FDA approved Christmas lights.

Im not reffering to any spefic brands, we have studies on this, it works

I wouldn’t bother with some cheapo Amazon thing. I do the machine at Planet Fitness, and yes, my skin looks better the rest of the day after I use it. But I don’t know how much of a cumulative effect it’s had.

Not cope get one with a good irradiance between 30 to 100 mw/cm2 and not too much spacing between the lights, pair with any form of derma therapy, these 2 methods synergize with eachother when it comes to collagen production, you can litteraly push back the aging process for years by banking collagen, however it all depends on your commitment, itll stop working the moment you stop using it. It wont ascend you but its better skincare than any of the shit u smear on ur face besides retinoids
