I thought I could ascend a good bit with a genio because I’m pretty recessed visually, but people here don’t think so, are they right?

during my consultation the doctor recommended sliding genioplasty

Good enough in south america is my guess, where having bimaxilary protrusion and a recessed chin is not a death sentence unlike in wherever place white orthognatic people live in.
If you don't plan to have kids, have money and don't mind the risks, you could do it and end up looking somewhat better.
You look normal in the normie pov though have that in mind.

My opinion is that by white people standards, you can't.
By latino standards or whatever you wanna call it, probably yes? Anyways, don't let a subjective rating word keep you from trying. Dress well, have clean skin, nice hair, a good body, have great social skills. Be the best version of yourself. Looks are everything but are not at the same time.

I mean the US has a bunch of subhumans and slayers combined but the worst part is that’s it’s very competitive and standards there seem to be through the roof. It’s brutal but it’s mostly in mainstream areas or cities like Miami
