I have seen a few heightmaxxing stacks which include Resveratrol. The reasoning is that it could possibly slow down closure of growth plates, I think?

The study people usually site: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3695926/

Do you guys think this could possibly work in helping with heightmaxxing for a 15 yo? It seems pretty interesting and does not have nearly as many side effects as Ai's. (Could pair with Mk-677?)

No it does not work
For an ai to have any effect it need an important suppression of E2 which cant be acheived naturally

"Based on its structural similarity to diethylstilbestrol, a synthetic estrogen, resveratrol can also acts as a phytoestrogen, exhibiting variable estrogen receptor agonist degrees in different systems"

Resveratol is metabolized/absorbed fast and has very low bioavailability in humans compared to rabbits.

Pterostilbene is basically the same and is very chemically similar to resveratol and some prefer it over resveratol because it's overall more potent.
Pretostilbene is metabolized slower which means it has a longer effect and has way greater bioavailability

However none of these will really help delay plate closure, compared to rabbits who get them since little, rabbits are designed to absorb them. Resvertaol and pterostilbene can both act as phytoestrogens which can compromise

i used to believe in it being able to have some sort of effect however as others said we have shit bioavailability
just take aromasin
