is reta, mt2, ghk the only peptides i need to ascend

depends on what ascend means to you, if you got chopped cheese bone structure then these 3 prob wont do much. If your flaws are skin, fat and being pale, then yes it could help alot

ghk burns
get accutane from like indiamart
and reta 0.5mg up to 3mg until 10% bf then slowly come off reta
mt2 only use before direct uv use 50mcg first time to see if u react well
then go up to 300mcg overtime before uv exposure
no point doing loading phase
