Exactly that. A good all rounder. Isotretinoin the most effective solution for acne. Microneedling is more effective at repairing damaged skin. Tretinoin (Retin-A) does both but to a lesser degree. Tretinoin actually restores skin function on a cellular level. More people should use it.
