Is Rhino a cope? or can it actually ascend you?

Im a brutally recessed birdcel, and thought rhino was a cope so ive been focusing on bimax, but ive been looking at some rhino before / afters and its craxy

like look how fucking recessed she looks before, and after you can barely even tell she is recessed at all

A few have had it on this site. If you have a birdcel nose, then thats not what is making you ugly. Its all the other bones around your face. It means your all the other bones are recessed but the nose isn't (because noses don't becomes so recessed like rest of face can).

Your fixing a symptom instead of the root cause of the problem. A bimax will looksmax you way more than any rhinoplasty, if your face qualifies as needing it.

This guy would never ascend so hard if he just got rhinoplasty instead of bimax. He has 0 rhinoplasty here btw, all the difference in his nose shape is from the maxilla coming forward. As you see his nose was never big, everything else was simply too far back.

am aware, im in pre treatment periodontic/ortho shit for a similar surgery, altho my timeline is much further than urs (i assume u have no bite or palate issues?). im curious bc u prob have a similar lower face to me if we share the same plan. where do u intend to go in december?

Ramieri in Rome, and yeah no bite issues because I had braces (which made my face very recessed in puberty). Yeah I will ask for any width I can possibly get too, whether at the jaw or the chin.

IDK unfortunately, found those pics but not the listed surgeons. I'm going to Ramieri soon and will give a full report on the service and aesthetic outcome. There's been another thread here already from someone who went to Ramieri, detailing the process in its entirety (big part of why I chose to go with Ramieri myself). You're a fucking greycel, bimax isn't cope, tell that to people with flat side profiles,hooked noses,baggy and shit eye area, and recessed chins. Nosejob only masks shit maxilla, its not a true way to ascend if your nose is caused by recessed maxilla. Biggest rewards come with biggest risks. I guarantee dudes who did rhino for noses like the one op showed would've ascendes harder with bimax regardless of risk

I dont think the nose is that important a feature in men for rhino to ascend u tbh.
