Is Rhinoplasty the most useless surgery?

For cases where your nose isnt severly deformed I mean.

I've never seen a result where they turn a large unaesthetic ogre nose into a small prettyboy nose. In a lot of before and afters changes are barely visible. It sucks because nose is important when it comes to the harmony.

no surgery is useless because everything matters.
the problem with rhynoplasty is that people wrongly reduce their nose hump while they should instead increase their upper nose.
furthermore most people who undergo a rhyno actually have a normal sized nose, but the recessed jaws make the nose appear bigger

What Lorss said, It's all about proportions.Thanks to this site I know now that my nose might be of normal size however my recessed face makes it look big.

No.Maybe you have avery big nose and it makes you ugly.Now you get rhino and its smaller.You wont be good looking but atleast not ugly

I think this only applies when your nose is of statistically normal size. Some people have genetically large noses making it impossible for them to be proportional as it would require cavemen tier facial width to height ratio

I have a hooked nose and it kills my harmony. It looks horrible on my face because I don’t have a strong browridge too.

legit, even with a good browridge my normal nose looks ogre because of my recessed chin

Rhino is legit. You dont need a super small prettyboy nose. It just needs to fit your face.

A bad nose hurts more than a good nose helps.
