I used to run around 2 to 4 miles everyday depending on how much time I had, but i stopped after seeing several people calling it a looksmin cause of aging and runners face. I used only run at night though to avoid sun exposure and applied lots of moisturizer and some sunscreen either way to avoid muh wrinkles, should i start again or no.

2-4 miles everyday is to much do like 1 a day or 2 every couple days it also depends on ur bodyfat % and physique

I would never avoid the sun but during running its worse and you stress more so you age more, thats why all the professional runners look ugly as shit with their wrinkles and folds

I play tennis so i used to be around 10% and i have good legs and core but my arms are skinny af, rn im prob around 11% at 5'8, but im boneless so i need to be at around 9.5% range to have some actual hollows and depth in my face. it felt insane but i got lazy and fat so i needa get back down

Most Likely Yes, you can do it once a week but everday will be catabolic and raise cortisol, sprint instead

acute cortisol spike then a cortisol lowers for a long period of time. Just keep it easy and recover well

nigga is your sped run as much as you can but once you start doing more then 100k miles per week that where health problems might trigger and your body would have a hard time if you dont take your time getting used to it
