Is running everyday enough to keep you in shape?

I don't have any gyms nearby and i will be here for another one and a half years till i complete my degree. So is running everyday enough to jeep you in shape?

if you just care about cardiovascular health and keeping body fat gains at bay (assuming diet isn't crazy out of control) then yes. But not for building muscle or getting the typical gym look.

I got in decent shape without going to the gym tbh.
Just buy some weights

You mean?

yes running and a good diet is all u need in that case. lifting weights is only for building muscle really.

i would just cycle for hours and do pushups and situps, i gained 20 pounds of muscle doing that while keeping low body fat, tall and lean is the best.

I run everyday and tbh: no. Hit the gym at least 3x week if you dont have time. Essencial would be 4-5x tho. You dont need to be a gymcel. Only do some exercises.

And the most important: what you eat is everything. Its far more relevant than exercises tbh.
