If its toxic shouldnt you not be able to eat it raw?No bro, Most of sushi or sashimi are made with highly farmed salmon with toxic fat in it, It isn't comparable to raw red meat whatsoever!
There are many toxic things you can eat(Literal vegetables), Same goes for toxic farmed raw salmon(sushi)If its toxic shouldnt you not be able to eat it raw?
Yes but that ain't what sushi is made of lolWild caught raw salmon is good
So the toxic things arent worth to good that comes from eating it?, also what do you think about carpaccio?Yes but that ain't what sushi is made of lol

How does he even argue in favor of this "holistic raw meat diet"?I've read it, Tbh isn't very convincing for one past the ripe age of 15!
Tbh bro for you I think the safest option is going to the store and then buying some high quality red meat, then eat a little bit of it at first to see if it agrees, Then if it does, continue! Its a lot easier to find japanese restaurants that have raw fish then to find my own good quality red meat and make sure its ok to eat raw, is raw tuna also not ok then?
Yeah raw fish or meat that was controllably raised with hygiene standards is okay to eat as part of a whole meal once in a while. Its a lot easier to find japanese restaurants that have raw fish then to find my own good quality red meat and make sure its ok to eat raw, is raw tuna also not ok then?
I ain't arguing for the "Holistic raw meat diet" I'm simply just telling you based off of my experience of getting scammed and what I've realized actually works. How does even argue in favor this "holistic raw meat diet"?
Like he always advertised his lifestyle as.
Was there any signs that he followed the stuff he preached.
Or did he munch down fastfood/convenience food or cooked steak behind closed curtains like Goatis/Sverige.
If he really religiously followed his lifestyle like he said, I‘d recon he‘d catch salmonella, worms or some kind of other sickness after a while.

So is it better to eat sashimi from random japanese restaurants or not eat any raw meat at all (for now)Yeah raw fish or meat that was controllably raised with hygiene standards is okay to eat as part of a whole meal once in a while.
Like rare steak, sashimi, beef tartare, carpaccio, sushi.
Tbh if you have no other option, then sashimi is fine. But like I previously stated I can't understand why you really coudn't just eat raw red meat?So is it better to eat sashimi from random japanese restaurants or not eat any raw meat at all (for now)
Like do i get the any of the benefits of eating raw meat from the sashimi or are the toxic chemicals not worth it

It seems too risky, with the sashimi i know its fine to eat and i wont get sick because its coming from a restaurant which knows for sure its ok to eat rawTbh if you have no other option, then sashimi is fine. But like I previously stated I can't understand why you really coudn't just eat raw red meat?
Tbh I don't blame you, used to believe the same thing. Maybe you could after eating sashimi get more exposed to other certain types of raw meat.It seems too risky, with the sashimi i know its fine to eat and i wont get sick because its coming from a restaurant which knows for sure its ok to eat raw
Yeah ill probably eat some beef capraccio soon too but its way too over priced, also how often should should someone eat raw meat like is once a week enough?Tbh I don't blame you, used to believe the same thing. Maybe you could after eating sashimi get more exposed to other certain types of raw meat.
Yeah since you're getting started that's enough(just to get experience)Yeah ill probably eat some beef capraccio soon too but its way too over priced, also how often should should someone eat raw meat like is once a week enough?
Is it enough to actually become healthier or experience changes? If not how many times a week is?Yeah since you're getting started that's enough(just to get experience)
Not really enough for "health" bro, But I'd say like eating like 4 times a week is enough, to see some noticeable changes of course. Is it enough to actually become healthier or experience changes? If not how many times a week is?
So how much do you spend on raw meat in a week or a monthNot really enough for "health" bro, But I'd say like eating like 4 times a week is enough, to see some noticeable changes of course.
Raw meat is just regular meat bro lol, Maybe equivalent to $300 something(No need to eat much when eating raw meat) per month, Bear in mind I have a cheat meal like almost everyday lol.So how much do you spend on raw meat in a weak or a month
Thats way too much for me, also is eating a steak which only has the outer parts cooked and the inside raw fine?Raw meat is just regular meat bro lol, Maybe equivalent to $300 something(No need to eat much when eating raw meat) per month, Bear in mind I have a cheat meal like almost everyday lol.
