No bro, Most of sushi or sashimi are made with highly farmed salmon with toxic fat in it, It isn't comparable to raw red meat whatsoever!

Not really, why even eat sashimi when you can eat natural pasture raised red meat!

You read it?
how was it?
Any worthwhile proofs in there
No proofs. And also written more like a novel. At least the first part. But still plenty valuable information in there about raw diet and medicine

Its a lot easier to find japanese restaurants that have raw fish then to find my own good quality red meat and make sure its ok to eat raw, is raw tuna also not ok then?

I've read it, Tbh isn't very convincing for one past the ripe age of 15!
How does he even argue in favor of this "holistic raw meat diet"?
Like he always advertised his lifestyle as.
Was there any signs that he followed the stuff he preached.
Or did he munch down fastfood/convenience food or cooked steak behind closed curtains like Goatis/Sverige.
If he really religiously followed his lifestyle like he said, I‘d recon he‘d catch salmonella, worms or some kind of other sickness after a while.

Tbh bro for you I think the safest option is going to the store and then buying some high quality red meat, then eat a little bit of it at first to see if it agrees, Then if it does, continue!

Yeah raw fish or meat that was controllably raised with hygiene standards is okay to eat as part of a whole meal once in a while.

Like rare steak, sashimi, beef tartare, carpaccio, sushi.

I ain't arguing for the "Holistic raw meat diet" I'm simply just telling you based off of my experience of getting scammed and what I've realized actually works.

So is it better to eat sashimi from random japanese restaurants or not eat any raw meat at all (for now)
Like do i get the any of the benefits of eating raw meat from the sashimi or are the toxic chemicals not worth it

Tbh if you have no other option, then sashimi is fine. But like I previously stated I can't understand why you really coudn't just eat raw red meat?

It seems too risky, with the sashimi i know its fine to eat and i wont get sick because its coming from a restaurant which knows for sure its ok to eat raw

Tbh I don't blame you, used to believe the same thing. Maybe you could after eating sashimi get more exposed to other certain types of raw meat.

Yeah since you're getting started that's enough(just to get experience)

Is it enough to actually become healthier or experience changes? If not how many times a week is?

Not really enough for "health" bro, But I'd say like eating like 4 times a week is enough, to see some noticeable changes of course.

Millenial raw carnivore diet :lul:

So how much do you spend on raw meat in a week or a month

Raw meat is just regular meat bro lol, Maybe equivalent to $300 something(No need to eat much when eating raw meat) per month, Bear in mind I have a cheat meal like almost everyday lol.

That's fine bro, That's called medium rare pretty common tbh.

So i still get the benefits of eating raw meat?
Yeah so pretty close to it, Might need to add a little(Very small amount I mean) of salt in it to get the proper sodium intake needed.
