Think About It
Every day you do things you merely tolerate.
Nothing truly fulfills you — not in the way some insane dopaminergic spike would.
Insert whatever extreme example your imagination wants.
It doesn’t matter how much you “improve.”
You can see clearly that most people waste their time.
They never reach their potential.
They hit human limits every single day.
And they constantly adapt, change their minds, and drift.
People say discipline is the answer, but turning “discipline” into a goal is nonsense.
It doesn’t work.
Take the gym.
Going to the gym isn’t a flex — not sure why normies cope like it is.
You get into better physical shape, sure, but that’s maybe 1%.
And we still have no idea how much potential there actually is to uncover.
The point is: people refuse to do whatever it takes.
They don’t care about maximizing their potential or their overall being.
They’d rather give up, avoid friction, and stay comfortable.
Even if you consciously decide to push yourself, it’s not enough.
You can’t always force yourself — that’s exhausting.
There’s no magic psychological complex behind it.
You’ll still be lazy, maybe a bit less, but still.
Yes, you could maximize right now, but it’s cope.
Most self‑improvement influencers are scammers anyway.
They “improve” for a while, then slide back into their roots.
Just like an ex‑addict who still takes a dose here and there —
they can’t fully live without it.
Humans are weird, inconsistent, and often stupid creatures.
So is it cope??
