Yes because compared to others you have not developed your social skills properly. You will either forever be uncomfortable and shy around other people or you will be a cringe fedora tipping autist, that doesn't even see his own deficiencies. Either way you're completely fucked and nothing can help you.
It's not over yet though, you can still stay in front of the computer for the rest of your life, or you can get into science or some other thing where you get autisticly obsessed with the topic and have no social contact anymore. Or you could become a lone hunter in the middle of siberia, there are options. But life your social life will never be normal.
