Is Slavic / Eastern European an underrated pheno?

I see a lot of people here shitting on the slavic pheno. My theory is that slavic men tend to be seen as “ugly” because in Eastern European nations, there is very little cultural emphasis on a mans physical appearance. They tend to be fat, clueless in relation to skincare, hairstyles, etc. They simply don’t care.

I don’t think it’s a genetic thing. Slavic women tend to be perceived as beautiful. You can’t have a whole race where one sex looks good whilst the other looks like shit. It’s not like the good genes will be distributed only to the female sex. Slavic pheno is slavic pheno. The difference is that Slavic women actually put effort into looking good. The same striking features that Slavic women possess (high sharp cheekbones, Hunter eyes, good colouring) will obviously be possessed by the men as well. Unless someone can show me evidence that it’s possible for an entire ethnicity to have good genes distributed only to one sex.

Anyways, just wondering about people’s thoughts on my little theory. I’d be interested in any counter arguments.
