yes bro sleeping later than 12:30am lowers t-levels in mid-30s

I sleep in a a dark room for 10 hours naked and sometimes wake up with coom on me

No. Why would it be bad to be asleep at 2 AM? But to be serious, you should get light-blocking curtains since sleeping without darkness means you have less slow-wave sleep, and it sounds like the majority of your sleep is after dawn.

It is I do have light blocking curtains. I’m gonna get something for my eyes as well so I can be completely dark

12-2 = 10, which is a good number of hours. I just sleep under a blanket to block light.

I do have trouble. It also functions as my training to improve my carbon dioxide tolerance and my breathing abilities. :bigbrain:

It's better to train the tolerance while conscious tho cuz while Ur asleep u will start mouth breathing yk
