Is sleeping on back cope?

sleeping on your side can make your face asymetrical, but as long as you balance on both sides it dosent really matter.

Ive been sleeping on my side especially left side and ive noticed assymetry but only when i use front camera and inverted filters but none of my freinds notice it is it ok and also do peple actually see us inverted? Likr on the inverted filter

People don't really notice assymetry. You only do it because your not used to look at yourself flipped

your friends are used to seeing you so they wont notice, but other people will notice subconsciously
