Is slight projection on the chin ideal?

Yes, having a projected chin is better than having none, but usually more projection is better.

There is a point where it starts looking like a crimson chin tho

It should not go beyond your lips, ideally its in-line with them while being angled well.

yeah, that's when it goes past your lips lol

gimme solution
I mean mine is like ideally within the range its a bit more projected than my lips

Not ideal, should be around 0-3mm aligned or behind via the E line. However, an overprojected chin is a better fallo to have than a recessed chin.

if its a bit more its fine, like in your case

3mm recession is better than 3mm of too much projection imo. But yes a crimson chin is better than no chin

Ahh mine is like slightly bit more projected than that close to 2 mm basically looks the same level as my lips from far away

I have a 3mm recession, my chin is 6mm behind my lips

it doesn’t look nice tbh, know a guy with an over projected chin and it can make you look more dimorphic at least tbh

Ideal is around 0-3mm, nobody notices 3mm tbh

Most models and even chads have chins slightly behind lips, not aligned. Very rarely you will have 0mm. Chico is one of them

Also one other question is it common for white people to have bad lip to nose ratio?
yes, white people usually have weaker midfaces // longer philtrums relative to other groups, still the most appealing race regardless of this
