It's just blurry (if you're on mobile just turn up you're brightness up a bit, and you'll see it easier). His forehead is slightly sloped not completely vertical.

It's the forehead inclination which determines how sloped the forehead is, not how protruding the browbone is. You can have a straight/vertical forehead and still have a protruding browridge.

I guess that makes sense on what they mean by it, but i dont regularly see people with straight forehead since its pretty rare

Straight foreheads are more of a feminine trait that's why, there are very few guys with it.
