If you’re doing no shampoo, drop it slowly. Your hair needs to get use to it. I have fine hair so I use shampoo once every 2 or 3 days

At first your hair will probably be really greasy and smell bad, until your hair adapts, maybe rub an oil on your hair at night to make it smell nicer the next day like Argan oil. lurk r/nopoo for a bit

That’s a good idea. There are other alternatives to shampoo as well. Shampoo takes the oils out of your hair, while conditioner adds oils but gives your hair a nice texture. Dry shampoo is also good.
