it's actually legit

eggs contain cholesterol and cholesterol is needed to make testosterone
also contains a lot of protein and vitamins which also help

I think there was a study on it that if you eat like 15 eggs a day it's the same as running a small steroid cycle

Eating a good amount of cholesterol is very important if you're still growing and under 18, it can improve hormone production which in turn increases testosterone, so in theory this could work but in practice I'm not sure, don't take my word for it
(p.s. eating a lot of protein daily wont hurt either )

oh yeah mb I didn't remember exactly how many

but it's still really interesting that eggs are like mini test boosters that you can spam for high testosterone

its def a great way to get test when you're young, but realistically speaking nobody is capable of eating 36 eggs a day, unless you're some insane bodybuilder with crazy apetite

these people are saying bullshit about cholesterol as dietary cholestrol is regulated in the body. but yes eggs can increase test because its a really healthy food.

Spam eggs it's nutritionally dense and high in choline which affects memory, fat oxidation and isometric strength.

Eggs contain healthy fats, protein, and nutrients. All of which are good for your testosterone. Yes, eggs are a great food but it’s not like they’re magic. Feel free to eat a lot of eggs if you want but you can get the same benefits from eating fatty cuts of meat/fish. Your diet should have a variety of foods that are dense in nutrients

just 6-10 a day is enough for moderate test boost + for the protein and vitamins

Vince Gironda, 36 to be exact, said 36 eggs make up enough cholesterol to mimick a small dianabol cycle

it won’t increase your test unless your diet is already lacks nutrients linked to testosterone

eggs are very nutritious generally tho, it’s not a bad idea as long as you eat other healthy foods alongside

Idk, but eggs are extremely nutritious, containing like every micro nutrient.
So if youre eating an unbalanced diet, eating eggs should increase your testosterone just by addressing the nutritional deficiencies.

just take dianabol atp

50% less protein absorbed when drinking raw eggs than cooking it, blah blah blah other stuff

Only benefit to raw eggs is being quicker to consume
