Is spending 34k usd for a large triamx plan worth it at 22 years old?

Currently 22 years old, around hltn right now most likely and have a surgical plan in turkey made for me. I just have to take it and move forward. It’s trimax clockwise rotation double jaw rhino canthoplasty implants Supra infra and jaw all in one surgery. Do you think spending pretty much all my money on this surgery would be smart? Everyone says at this age you should be saving money for ur future but idk, seems like this is a pretty good investment

You can always get more money. So do what you want.

I probably wouldn't spend ALL my money tho. But if you have a steady income then it's not really a problem, just save up a buffer of maybe 5-10k, whatever you feel you need, and then get it. That's fine too.
