But the thing is plants contain many antinutrients so yea i am worried about that

The thing with bananas is that they are too high in sugars especially the modern ripe ones

But why not spinach
Dirt cheap, very high in potassium

dont eat that shit bro yes maybe it has a lot of potasium but ppl dont realise that we have a ph 1.5 in our stomach which means we cant digest and take 100% from plants. yes we can eat and survive eating plants but there are not benefits bcs our body is not created to develop on them carnivores like lions or tigers have ph 2 which makes it very very sour place our is litle lower which means we can take nutriens from plants but as i said its more as thing that makes survival easier and its prob a leftover from our monkey past when we were eating only plants

You should never eat spinach, it’s a plant defense system with oxalic acid, alkaloids, enzyme inhibitors.

The potassium number is meaningless if it strips your calcium, binds your magnesium, and leaves oxalate crystals in your kidneys.
It doesn’t detox either but it chelates you.

Humans don’t thrive on solvents so it's better to just stick to raw milk, meat, and fruit for real minerals.

well bannas are ok like its fruit so its not bad. it was completly genetically changed but its better than spinach its good as a breakfast bcs its a lot of sugar so you will have natural energy from glucose

Eat oatmeal with butter, frozen blueberries, drink plenty of milk, and have different kinds of vegetables. Of course meat too but avoid chicken because it's horrible in America.

Don't get canned soup and shit. I moved back to the USA a few years ago and got the biggest belly of my life. I recently stopped eating those fucking progresso canned soups and it went away.

Yeah, that’s a good combo. If we’re being technical, just make sure the bananas are really ripe and have them with some raw fat like cream, butter, or eggs so the potassium actually holds. Otherwise, it just burns off fast.
