No, not even if you stretching after every single training session and keep your muscles healthy because it needs time to heal... Once every 3 days is enough if full performance, more than that is to ask for an injury.

cardio's overrated, weight training is GOAT.

recent cardiological research shows that weight training has similar cardioprotective effects to cardio.

i only do cardio once a week for 45 minutes, that's it. The rest is lifting.

How? You wouldn't if you kept abusing it, as your bones would become so dense and heavy that even moving would be difficult...

Do you think The Great Khali, Andre The Giant, Giant Gonzalez or Big Show can run? Maybe they could 30 years ago, but now? It's way too hard and not worth it.

Also you'll suffer a lot since even scratching your head would make your shoulder muscles ache, only thing you'll wish is to lay down immobile so that there's no discomfort...

Please don't do it.

No problem... Funny thing is that I badly hurt my right knee yesterday, it hurts like hell and I think I'll never be able to sprint ever again, damn I'll be lucky if I can walk properly... Rehab's going fine but damn, that's the worst one so far

Dht won't give you any bones , testosterone and igf1 will do
 
No. You need to rest. Sprinting 4 times a week would be better than sprinting daily
