Your "morning height" is your actual biomechanical height since those are your proportions when your bones are decompressed.
Your height decreasing during the day is the result of gravity pushing together the spaces between your bones in your spine and legs primarily.

I'm like 6' at 18 and trying to go through all the hoops to gain another 1-2".
Hoping that some % of plates is still open, at least I have 6'5 wingspan and inseam of 6'2 person so thats helps coping for now
