Then obviously it's the terrible man's fault because he made her drunk and planned for it. He met her after she was drunk? Still his fault, he should've known and stopped himself. She was sober? Well he was drinking, and drunk guys are scary so she was probably forced. Never have sex unless you are married, even if for purely legal protective reasons.
