Is staying natty worth it?

Most nattys I see are very small and not impressive, could be cause they dont train hard enough but Im starting to think Its all about hormones

yeah it's worth it. if you're into lifting you're gonna be lifting for the rest of your life anyways. if you train hard, consistently and with good methodology for 5 years you will look great in clothes and shirtless for ur wife. i personally will roid in the future for it's countless benefits but staying natty is 100% worth it. you lose nothing.

Some muscle for college would be ideal in order to slay
 
I would think the routine of constantly having to procure and pay for roids and having to take them constantly whether you’re cruising or blasting would get annoying af. That’s the only reason I’m natty that and afraid off hair loss

But If you roid you mostly wont lose anything by doing it correctly of course

If your on high does testosterone its not very expensive, and for hairloss fin or ru will work

I’ve used lots of types of gear, even with AI it’s not an easy fix since gear can affect bloat through other pathways like altering aldosterone, maybe not everyone has it though
Another big one is not eating too much and too many carbs and eating clean

For hair loss, it’s really not that simple, you can still lose some on those and it can take a long time to regenerate, also I had rly bad post steroid hair loss using RU now since nothing helped

When you notice hair loss jump on fin right away cause it’s easier to keep it than restoring the hair

Fin or dut which is stronger, RU is best since stronger and DOES NOT CRUSH DHT in the body only in the scalp, others affect systemic DHT
Then minoxidil the growth agent no matter what imo

Yes aromasin is lipid friendly and if you are not nuking your e2 it minimises neurotoxicity

Not worth going to the gym at all. It's mostly about FACE and a little about height.

I would say so but i almost snapped my neck doing neck curls.

I was working up the weights and the harness snapped with +35kg attached. I still have a painless click sometimes when i turn my head to the left. probably a pinched nerve around the occipital region or something.

been 18 months since i trained neck. went from 15 to 17 inches. now back to 15 again.
