Is Sugar and sodium bloat cope?

Can they magically just make you face bloat when you are lean? Is this cope?
 
If already lean most bloat comes from inflammation and cortisol, i guess sugar from like oreos can be inflammatory?

Sodium is good for you. Like really good. Limiting sodium is dumb af. Just gotta balance it with potassium.
Sugar in the long run will cause bloat since its inflammatory but I highly doubt youd get bloated from having a lot of it once.

I think it's cope?
When I was really strict on keto, living off chicken and brocolli, my body slowly got leaner, but I certainly never noticed less bloat in my face.
If anything, the more 'atkins' my diet, the more bloated I felt my face was.
My face always seemed leaner when I was eating like a normal person, although i'd slowly get fat lol
