Is surgery the only way to fix bone structure or atleast give the illusion of it ?

Not necessarily, there are a few things you can do that help without surgery. Biggest one is palatal expansion, it gives a wider midface, cheekbones by widening the maxilla, also adds a tiny bit of ccw rotation. Ofc proper tongue posture, but that only really matters if you're like under 13. Other then that you can only get the "illusion" of more bone mass with volufiline (will only help a little at best) or getting leaner. Also steroids that can develop face muscles by giving them a lot of hypertrophy making your chin look more prominent and also same with the muscle near your maxilla. But if you're really recessed these won't help, all the stuff that I listed will only really give you minor improvement, for significant skeletal change there's only surgery as a real optionIs surgery the only way to fix bone structure or atleast give the illusion of it ?
