Don’t care. My father wanted to get a hair transplant in turkey and maybe he wouldn’t give af but I don’t care what my family thinks though.

Problem is that I won’t be able to do anything because my base is way too weak

But after some point you stop giving a shit.
I'm not personally going to be seeing my relatives. Understand that just because they share your blood, doesn't mean you owe them or they owe you anything. Your direct family is a different matter, as you owe them, and you have built strong bonds with them

But even if I was to go to a family gathering, and somebody happened to call me out.. I would just say I lost weight and did a Rhino to breathe better. Even if they know or egg you on, just deny it. "Supposed theories" won't amount to anything, without admission of guilt.
You can tell them too. I personally don't care what they think. But I don't like the idea of them telling people I am close to, who's opinion I do value.

At the end of the day man, we are all seperate souls, seperate entities inhabiting a human body for a remaining 80 years. Don't get so caught up in whatever "taboo" social dynamics that 2024 society adheres to. Fulfil your purpose and get close to God in this life.
It won't bother you in the slightest what some random souls in random bodies think.
They aren't above you.
We are all on our own journeys.
