In terms of nutrient density of the food, and health in general?
My diet consists of beef, eggs, bacon and cheese.

So should I switch to grass-fed?

It’s only worth it if you have a lot of money to spend. There are things that are worth more than grass fed beef compared to normal beef

@NZb6Air grass fed animals have way better meat quality and produce healthier products.

Grass fed beef is a meme in itself they still inject antibiotics and HGH to get bigger yield. We are talking about companies that want profit not farmers. Go and buy meat off a farmer market it will be cheaper and higher quality

as someone who has eaten hundreds of both shitty supermarket steaks and grass fed pasture raised steaks, yes it is so much better

grass fed farm sourced is worth if eating raw as you won’t get sick but it don’t really matter if you’re cooking it

Why does it spoil then? If there were no bacteria and you didn’t get sick it would never spoil. Everyday I hear dumber and dumber shit about raw meat

@FaceandBBC
Yes, grass fed animal organs/ meat is higher in nutrition and a better balance of fats compared to animal organs/ meat that was fed grains and other trash.

got it, i will make the switch.

is this enough in terms of getting a complete nutrient profile? was finding it hard/expensive to get raw milk so opted for cheese from pasteurised milk which idk if is good. main reason i added was cos i think with only the rest i would be deficit in calcium.
is the bacon fine? idk if it should be there as i dont think its most nutritious and maybe should just replace it with beef idk.
